Architecture School of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 21-23 November 2018
The En-Route International Seminar is a result of the collaboration of UNISCAPE with ITLA to contribute to an event prior to the IV ITLA World Congress – Terraced Territories. The seminar is also an addition to the celebrations of the 50th Anniversary of the School of Architecture of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC).
This seminar which served as a prelude to the IV ITLA World Congress “Re.enchanting terraces” and its respective themes were developed under the theme of “Living in a Terraced Landscape”, where the assessment of these territories, the infrastructures, constructive and organizational processes necessary for merging actions and projects on the terraced landscape were discussed. Apart from invited papers and the presentation of the results of previous works and events, there was a presentation of works performed by research groups from the Canary universities and invited international groups.
