The 22th Council of Europe Meeting of the Workshops for the implementation of the Council of Europe Landscape Convention on “Water, landscape and citizenship in the face of global change” is being organised by the Council of Europe – Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Council of Europe Landscape Convention, Directorate of Democratic Participation – in co-operation with the Ministry of Culture and Sport of Spain in partnership with the Region of Andalusia and the Municipality of Seville, within the framework of the Work Programme of the European Landscape Convention.
