4th UNISCAPE Board Meeting

The 4th meeting of the UNISCAPE Executive Board will be held at the International University of Andalucía, La Rábida, Huelva (Spain) on Thursday 20 May 2010, h. 19.30-21. Please find below the agenda and the minute of the Meeting. Other documents are available in the Documents section. On the same occasion, the Second European Landscape Masters Course Meeting will be held. The aim of this meeting is to create a European Landscape Masters course fostered by UNISCAPE. 2nd General Assembly of UNISCAPE

Next meeting of our General Assembly is set on Thursday evening 7 October 2009, 18:00 – 22:00 at the Elite Hotel Savoy in Malmö (Sweden, not far from Copenhagen), at the occasion of the 8th Council of Europe meeting of the workshops for the implementation of the European Landscape Convention, 8 – 10 October, under the theme Landscape and Driving Forces. First International UNISCAPE meeting of Directors of Master’s Courses in Landscape Studies

During the First International UNISCAPE meeting of Directors of Master’s Courses in Landscape Studies held in La Rábida (Andalucía, Spain) from 14th to 16th May 2009, more than 40 representatives of 22 Universities from 5 different nationalities gathered at the premises of the International University of Andalucía in La Rábida, at the initiative of UNISCAPE Vice-President Florencio Zoido. 3rd UNISCAPE Board Meeting

International University of Andalucía, La Rábida, Huelva, Spain At its 3rd meeting the UNISCAPE Executive Board discussed the progress in the UNISCAPE activities. The Director reported among others that: Membership has increased to 50 universities from 8 countries. Many more universities, especially from northwester European universities have expressed interest in registering. Major efforts are being undertaken to launch the new website www.uniscape.eu.
